A general Health Check-up and Treatment Camp was held today at Kaliyuva Mane, organized by Arogya Bharathi, in association with the doctors of Government Nature Cure and Yoga Medical College & Hospital, Mysuru. Sharing a few glimpses from the event. All the children and staff underwent basic medical examination.

VISIT TO ISRO, Bengaluru

We express our sincere gratitude to the IEEE Department of The National Institute of Engineering (NIE) for organizing the "School to Satellite" programme. Fifteen children from Kaliyuva Mane were selected after an introductory lecture and quiz held on 20 January 2026.

On 10 July 2026, the children visited the U. R. Rao Satellite Centre, where they learned about satellite design, testing, and launches through interactive sessions and an inspiring presentation on Chandrayaan-3. They also explored facilities used to simulate lunar conditions for spacecraft testing.

In the afternoon, they visited the Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium. The IEEE Department graciously arranged all logistics and hospitality.

This memorable experience inspired our rural children to dream big and strengthened their interest in science, technology, and space research.

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY TO EVERYONE!
Today, we celebrated International Yoga Day at Kaliyuva Mane with great enthusiasm and positivity. Dr. Ramani spoke about the importance of Yoga and discipline. Ms. Supriya, Ms. Ranjitha, and Ms. Sanjana taught yoga to our children.
Yoga is a beautiful journey that connects the body, mind, and soul, promoting health, peace, and inner strength.

We are very happy to share the results of VIDYA team children who had appeared for 10th standard board exam, this year from KALIYUVA MANE- a free residential alternative school . All the 8 children have passed this exam with flying colors, in English medium. All of them had dropped out from their formal schools due to broken families and learning difficulties. We express our sincere gratitude to all the donors, volunteers & well-wishers. We wish the children a very bright future.

Happy to share this joyous news! Today, the 2nd results were out. Sharath and Akash, both from underprivileged families and from Thejas team, have successfully cleared their 2nd PUC Commerce examinations.

On 29-03-2026, the Project Reach Out youth team from JCE College, Mysuru visited Kaliyuva Mane and conducted engaging activities for our children. It was a joyful and lively day filled with learning, laughter, and fun. The children were extremely happy and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
We sincerely thank the team for their time, effort, and kindness in making the day so special for our children.

🌿 A Meaningful Journey Comes to a Close 🌿
Today, Kaliyuva Mane marked the successful completion of the 5-months ‘Odanata’ (ಒಡನಾಟ) workshop with a heartfelt valedictory function.
Conducted by Samata Adhyayana Kendra, Mysuru, sponsored by Lions Club of Mysore West, these sessions created meaningful learning, strong bonds, and joyful experiences for our children.
