ಮಸ್ಸೂರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಲಾಲ್ ಬಹಾದೂರ್ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ಆಫ್ ಅಡ್ಮಿನಿಸ್ಟ್ರೇಷನ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಐಎಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ 10 ಜನರ ತಂಡ, ತಮ್ಮ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಅರಿವು ವಿದ್ಯಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 15ರಂದು ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅರ್ಧ ದಿನ ನಮ್ಮೊಡನೆ ಕಳೆದರು.
ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಪದ್ಧತಿ, ವಾತಾವರಣ, ರೀತಿ - ನೀತಿ, ಪೋಷಕರ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವ, ಸಮಾಜದ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಅರಿತುಕೊಂಡರು. ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕೆಲವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಾವೇ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಯ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ನಡೆಯುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ, ಬಳಸುವ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿ - ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
ಭಾರತದ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ, ದೇಶದ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿರುವ ಯುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಡನೆ ಈ ಸಮಯ ಕಳೆದು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಒಂದು ಕಿರು ಕಾಣಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲ ಸಂತಸ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ.
Probationary IAS officers under training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy Of Administration, Mussoorie visited our school on March 15th for half a day to observe, learn and understand the uniqueness of Arivu.
They learnt about the journey of Arivu from Inception till now and the philosophy behind it. They inquired well to get to the depth of the operational details including pedagogy, school environment, principle and involvement of parents and society. Few of the students volunteered and walked the team around and showcased the TLMs, activities and programs.
It was a proud moment for us to share our journey with the future officers who would be driving India in the future; It is also a small contribution to the education sphere in India.
