The campus of MIS was adorned with vibrant hues of patriotism as students, teachers, and staff came together to celebrate India’s 80th Independence Day on August 15th, 2026. Principal Dr.Preethi Vincent presided. Hawaldar Laalu Kumar S. graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The event held in the school quadrangle was a resounding testament to the spirit of freedom and unity that courses through the veins of our nation.
As the Tricolour fluttered in the morning breeze the entire school sang the National Anthem with pride and unity. The students presented a variety of performances including partiotic songs, dances and pyramid display that highligted the significance of Independence Day and the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. The chief guest addressed the gathering, reminding everyone of their duties as responsible citizens and encouraging the students to contribute positively to the society. The event concluded with a vote of thanks.
To sum up, the day’s celebrations instilled a deep sense of national pride among the students and staff, reminding everyone of the significance of the freedom we enjoy today.

Independence Day Rally – A Celebration of Patriotism .

Our Independence Day Rally was a vibrant and memorable celebration filled with patriotism, pride, and enthusiasm.

Our little children came dressed as inspiring National Leaders, bringing history to life with their adorable costumes, confident smiles, and energetic participation. With great excitement, they walked together in the rally, proudly celebrating the spirit of freedom and our beloved nation, India.

Their vibrant presence, innocent enthusiasm, and patriotic spirit made the celebration truly special. It was a beautiful sight to watch our children honour the great leaders who shaped our nation and proudly carry forward the values of unity, courage, and freedom.

Little hearts, big dreams, and boundless love for our nation.

May our young patriots always grow with pride in their heritage, respect for our leaders, and love for Mother India.

Honouring the Spirit of Freedom:
Har Ghar Tiranga Celebrations!
The MIS Campus resonated with patriotism and pride as we celebrated the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign alongside the 80th Independence Day. The celebrations brought together students,parents, teachers, and staff in a beautiful tribute to our nation.The festivities commenced with a special morning assembly dedicated to the evolution of our national flag. Students took everyone on a historical journey, showcasing how the Tiranga transformed over the decades to become the symbol of unity and sovereignty it is today and affection to the nation .
During the assembly, our respected Principal, Dr.Preethi Vincent administered a solemn pledge to all students and staff, reinforcing our duty to always respect, protect, and uphold the dignity of our National Flag.
The celebrations extended far beyond the school walls! Under the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative, our enthusiastic students, along with their parents, proudly hoisted the Tiranga at their homes, filling our community with a beautiful wave of tricolours.
Let us keep the spirit of the Tiranga alive in our hearts and homes. Thank you to all the students, teachers, and parents who made the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign a grand success.

Our little Kindergarten stars truly stole the show at the English Rhymes Competition.

Dressed in their brightest smiles and armed with adorable expressions, our young performers filled the stage with enthusiasm, confidence, and joy.

From every little rhyme to every sweet gesture, each performance was a beautiful reflection of their creativity and growing confidence.

It was heartwarming to watch our little ones speak with courage, express with joy, and shine in their own special way.
