ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ಫೋಸಿಸ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಶೇರಿನ ಬೆಲೆ "ಜೀವಮಾನ ಅಧಿಕ"(ಲೈಫ್ ಟೈಮ್ ಹೈ) ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿದೆ.
ಇದೇ 2021ರ ಜನವರಿ 13ರಂದು, 1392.8 ತಲುಪಿತ್ತು.
ಆದರೆ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 12ರಂದು, 1477.55 ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಬೆಲೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ.

2022ನೇ ಫೈನಾನ್ಷಿಯಲ್ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾನ್ಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಕರೆನ್ಸಿಯ ಆದಾಯದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು 12 ರಿಂದ 15% ನಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಹಲವು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ತಜ್ಞರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

"ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 14 2021 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಮೀಟಿಂಗ್ ನಂದು, ಈಕ್ವಿಟಿ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟ್ ನ ಶೇರುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೈಬ್ಯಾಕ್(Buy Back) ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರೊಪೋಸಲ್ಲನ್ನು, ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ" ಎಂದು ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 11 ರಂದು ನೀಡಿದ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 12ರಂದು ಜೀವಮಾನದ ಉನ್ನತ ಬೆಲೆಯ ಏರಿಕೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ

ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್ ಅವಧಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಸತತ ಏರುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಇನ್ಫೋಸಿಸ್ ನ ಶೇರು ಬೆಲೆ, ಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 1500 ಮುಟ್ಟಬಹುದು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 7 ಬುಧವಾರ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 9 ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ IPO, ಲೋದಾ ಡೆವೆಲಪರ್ಸ್ (Lodha Developers) ಕಂಪನಿಯು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 19 ಸೋಮವಾರದಂದು BSE ಹಾಗೂ NSE ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಿಸ್ಟಿಂಗ್ ಆಗಲಿದೆ.
ಅದರ IPO ನ ಬೆಲೆ ₹483 - ₹486 ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಖ ಬೆಲೆ 10 ಇದ್ದು, ಬರುವ ಸೋಮವಾರದಂದು NSE/BSE ಲಿಸ್ಟಿಂಗ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಲೋದಾ ಡೆವೆಲಪರ್ಸ್, ಭಾರತದ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುವ ಕ್ರೀಸಿಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೋವಿಡ್-19ನ ಎರಡನೇ ಅಲೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ, ಹಲವು ತಜ್ಞರಿಂದ ನೆಗೆಟಿವ್ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳೂ ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತಿವೆ.
ನೋಟು ಅಮಾನ್ಯೀಕರಣದ ನಂತರದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ, ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸ್ಥಿತ್ಯಂತರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೂಕ್ತವಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದೂ ಬಹುತೇಕ ತಜ್ಞರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
