Friends, winter has come and brought with it many health related complains, specifically those associated with cough and cold and may be some fever.
Bryonia 200 is the most common homeopathic medicine for these types of issues. The special symptom of bryonia is the the effected person feels good in resting position and he or she should be of normal physical built.
Contrary to it, Rushtox 200 is fit if the effected person is of robust physical built and feels good in movement and feels bad in resting position.

Snguneria 200 is fit for clogging in right side of nose and migraine in right side of the head.

Today I am going to share some of my views on a very common ailment that is Vertigo which is known in Hindi as "ghurmi or chakkar ki bimari "
Here I am going to show symptoms of different types of Vertigo and the name of Homeopathic medicine for each type.
Gelsemium 200 is a very common medicine for every type of Vertigo and can be taken one or two drops on tongue in morning time at least for three days. It's special symptoms are- dizziness, heavy eyelids, dim vision and headache, etc.
Bryonia 200 is good for Vertigo with gastric problems like nausea and dizziness, etc.
Cocculus 200 can be taken if Vertigo comes when sitting a moving vehicle and there is vomiting tendency.
Phosphorus 200 is exclusively for Vertigo in 60 and above age and often it attacks in morning after waking up.
Conium 200 is best if Vertigo comes when lying down, turning over the bed and turning your head side wise or when moving your eyes.

Pulsatilla 200 is special medicine for Vertigo in women with or without delayed menstrual cycle.
There are combination drops for Vertigo available in the market which can be used.
Note-- It's a suggestion and not a prescription. Just to inform that effective treatment in homoeopathy is there for vertigo.
