Our students participated in Laundry Day as part of their Life Skills curriculum. The aim of this activity was to introduce children to basic self-care habits and develop a sense of responsibility from an early age.

The little ones were excited to learn how to wash clothes using simple, hands-on steps. Each child brought a small towel, mild shampoo, a tub, and cloth clips from home. With guidance from their teachers, they soaked their towels, applied soap, gently scrubbed, rinsed, and hung them up to dry.

Through this fun-filled activity, students not only learned the process of washing clothes but also developed fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and an understanding of cleanliness. They were thrilled to see the results of their effort and took pride in doing a "grown-up" task all by themselves.

Laundry Day was a wonderful blend of learning and play. It encouraged independence, built confidence, and helped children appreciate the value of everyday chores.

Our classroom was filled with extra love and bright colors today as our students prepared a special surprise for Mother’s Day!

The children have been busy artists, carefully coloring and decorating "Best Mom" trophies to honor their favorite person.

These handmade gifts are more than just paper—they are a heartfelt way for our little ones to:

Express Love: Every bright color chosen shows just how much they adore their moms.

Say Thank You: These "Best Mom" awards are a special thanks for all the hugs, meals, and care provided every single day.

Share Joy: There is no smile quite like the one a child has when giving something they made with their own two hands!

We are so proud of our students for showing such gratitude and kindness.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms in our community—you truly deserve the trophy! 🏆💖

Through Fractions Our students recently traded their textbooks for pizzas, pulses, and fruit to bring the world of fractions to life.

In an inspiring display of hands-on learning, each student individually designed and submitted a project that transformed abstract numbers into tangible—and often delicious—masterpieces.

Where Math Meets CreativityThe diversity of the projects highlighted the incredible innovation of our young learners. By moving beyond pen-and-paper exercises, they explored fractions and their parts through a variety of unique lenses:

Edible Explorations: Students used real-world objects like watermelon slices, apples, and bread to demonstrate how a "whole" is physically divided. Whether it was slicing a refreshing fruit or organizing a bread display board, these tactile activities made the relationship between numerators and denominators crystal clear.

Artistic Visualizations: The classroom featured vibrant "fraction pizzas" made from craft materials. By "serving" different slices with various toppings, students practiced identifying parts of a whole in a fun, artistic way.

Textured Charts: One particularly creative project used different pulses and grains—such as rice and colorful lentils—to fill a circular chart. This used texture and color to beautifully represent how different fractional parts contribute to a complete unit. Deep Learning Through Innovation What truly stood out was the individual creativity on display. By choosing their own materials and methods, students proved that they aren't just memorizing formulas; they are experiencing math in the world around them.

These activities have fostered a deep, intuitive understanding of mathematical concepts, showing that when students are given the freedom to innovate, their potential is limitless.

Our students have taken an exciting step in their mathematical journey by using custom-designed "SUMS" addition board.

These interactive tools have transformed the way our young learners approach two-digit and three-digit addition, making the concept of carrying (regrouping) both clear and engaging.
The addition boards provide a visual and tactile roadmap for solving problems.

By physically moving numbers and tracking the "carry-over" through dedicated paths, students have successfully mastered:
● Simple Addition
●Confidently adding digits without carrying
●Addition with Carrying: Understanding exactly how and why a ten moves to the next column
●Turning a complex rule into a simple, logical step

Beyond the math, the students displayed outstanding behavior and a focused attitude toward their learning.

It was truly a joy to see them take pride in their work as they navigated each sum with precision. These boards have proven that when learning is interactive, students don't just find the right answer—they build the confidence to tackle any challenge!

A special assembly on the “Importance of Family” was presented by the students during EVS Week.

The assembly began with a prayer and a thought on family love. Our little ones performed a short skit showing how family members help, care, and support each other in daily life. Through simple dialogues, they shared how grandparents tell stories, parents guide us, and siblings play together.

Students also recited a beautiful poem on “My family, happy family” and displayed a colorful chart of a family tree to explain relationships.

The assembly helped students understand the value of love, care, and togetherness in a family.

Value Inculcated: Love, respect, sharing, and family bonding.

A special assembly on the Chipko Movement was presented by the students during EVS Week to spread awareness about forest conservation.

The assembly began with a thought on environmental protection, followed by a short skit depicting the Chipko Movement of 1973. Students portrayed villagers, especially women, hugging trees to save them from being cut down in Uttarakhand.

A group gave slogan on Save tress , save life and a poem on trees added emotion to the presentation. The students also shared facts about the importance of trees and gave simple tips to conserve nature.

Value Inculcated: Environmental awareness, respect for nature, and courage to stand for a cause.

LET'S INNOVATE NEW IDEAS, PRODUCTS AND THINGS

This activity is a powerful way to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world application.

It pushes students to think beyond the textbook and develop a suite of "soft skills" that are essential for any career.
Skills and Values:
1. This activity boosts the strategic planning of students; they learn time management along with peer cooperation.
2. Students will learn about market research and ideation.
3. Students are introduced to financial literacy at a basic level, which grapples with concepts like valuation, profit margin and cost.
4. Students learned to work in groups that will enhance their collaborative leadership.
5. Students learned about persuasive communication, which means not just speaking; they must convince their targeted audience.
