As a teacher of yoga, i really dont mind pushing my own boundaries as well as boundries of my students to achieve some body bending asans and overcoming the mental limitations, which to a certain limited extent might also be the purpose of yoga (to break and overcome the boundaries of mind and body), however as an individual practitioner i and we all in general also need to realise and accept where to draw a line about pushing our boundaries aswell, a balance which only we ourselves can decide for us.

सर्वे भद्राणि पस्यन्तु।
मा कश्चित दुःख भाग भवेत।।

अत्याहर पर्यायश च परजलपो नियमआग्रह:।
धनसंग्रह च लोलयं च षष्ठभिर योगी निषदती।।
अर्थ : ज्यादा खाना ,दुसरो की बुराई करना ,नियमो का पालन न करना,धन को जोड़ना ,लोगो से ज्यादा मेलजोल रखना ,ज्यादा क्रोध करना , ये 6 बाते योगी को नही करनी चाहिए।
