A Celebration of Culture, Devotion & Talent!

New Horizon School was honoured to be invited by Shri Siddhi Vinayak Ganesh Janmotsav Samiti to present a beautiful cultural programme at the Shri Ganesh Janmotsav celebrations held at Badi Dharamshala, New Mandi, on 19 September 2026.
Our talented students captivated the audience with their graceful presentation, confidence and vibrant portrayal of Indian culture and traditions.
The programme was graced by Chief Guest Mrs. Meenakshi Swaroop, Chairperson, Municipal Corporation, along with distinguished guests Shri Sanjay Mittal, Shri Vishal Garg, Shri Vijay Shukla Mrs. Mamta Agarwal, Shri Rakesh Sharma and Mrs. Madhu Bhargav and many more esteemed guests .

Drug Awareness & Prevention Session at New Horizon School 🌱

New Horizon School, in association with Inner Wheel Club of Muzaffarnagar, District 310, organised an insightful Drug Awareness & Prevention Session for students on 16 September 2026.

The session was conducted by Dr. Aman Gupta, MBBS, MD (Neuro Psychiatrist), who sensitised students about the harmful impact of drug and substance abuse on physical health, mental well-being, academics and future aspirations. He emphasised the importance of making responsible choices, resisting harmful influences and having the confidence to say “NO” to drugs.

The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating and asking questions. Dr. Gupta patiently addressed their queries and guided them towards making healthy and informed choices.

The programme was graced by IWC President Mrs. Sangeeta Singhal, Secretary Mrs. Sadhana, PDC Mrs. Santosh Sharma, Mrs. Smriti Goel, Mrs. Kavita , Mrs Sunita and other members of the Inner Wheel Club, whose presence encouraged and motivated the students.

Principal Mrs. Meenakshi Mittal expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Aman Gupta and the entire Inner Wheel Club team for their valuable contribution towards creating awareness among young minds. She reiterated that New Horizon School is committed to nurturing not only academically strong students but also responsible, aware and resilient young citizens.

🌿 Leadership Talk 2026 | A Step Towards a Healthier Future

New Horizon School successfully hosted Leadership Talk 2026 on the theme “Building a Healthy Future: The Science of Our Spine, Posture & Lifestyle.”

We were privileged to have Dr. Vasu Jindal, Muzaffarnagar’s First Dedicated Spine Surgeon, engage with our students and share valuable insights into spinal health, correct posture, physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices.

The session encouraged our students to look beyond academics and understand how everyday habits—the way we sit, study, move and use technology—can shape our health in the long run.

It was a day of meaningful initiatives, heartfelt appreciation and inspiring achievements as Bharat Vikas Parishad, Muzaffarnagar – Virat Shakha joined hands with New Horizon School.

👁️ Eye Check-up Camp — organised for students of Classes VI–IX, promoting awareness about eye health and the importance of regular check-ups.

🌱 Tree Plantation Drive — inspiring our young learners to care for nature and nurture a greener tomorrow.
