Nirmala Higher Secondary School is an English Medium Recognised Unaided High School for Boys and Girls (Std. V-XII) following Kerala Syllabus and preparing the students for the S.S.L.C and Higher Secondary Examinations. It is owned and managed by the Diocese of Kothamangalam and as such it is a Christian Minority School. It was started on August 7, 1961 with paternal blessinQs of late Mar Mathew Pothanamuzhi, first Bishop of Kothamangalam, the patronage of late Sri. of Kerala, and the able stewardship of Rev. George Kunnamkot, former Headmaster. It has now the reputation of being one of the first rate English Medium Schools in the state with excellent academic results and marvellous achievements in various co-curricular activities. It is a Residential School with separate Boarding House for boys and girls.

A gentle reminder about the upcoming Learning Disability Assessment Camp - Velicham 2, which will be held at NEIC (MCS Hospital premises) on:

📅 April 2nd (Wednesday), 3rd (Thursday), 4th (Friday), and 5th (Saturday)

This camp is organized for children facing learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, or other learning-related difficulties.
