Pitt in the Himalayas: Study Abroad College courses structured around Himalayan expeditions to study ecology and the environment. January - April.

Up to 25 students from colleges and universities around the world will be selected to participate in a challenging program of academic study. A number of courses will be coordinated with structured mountain expeditions to provide a cross-disciplinary perspective on Himalayan ecology and the environment. With expeditions to the source of the Ganga, high altitude pilgrimage shrines, mountain village

s, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Corbett Park and Rajaji National Park, the program runs from late August through the middle of December.
