Day Seven (7 February 2026) in Mussoorie continued with a packed and enriching schedule as participants of the Capacity Building Programme for Middle-Level Civil Servants of Malaysia in India attended sessions focused on policy implementation, food security, and digital commerce innovation.
The day began with Shri Ravi Chilukoti delivering “Skill India: Policy and Practices,” offering insights into policy approaches and practical implementation of skills development to support workforce readiness and employability.
This was followed by Shri Shireesh Mohan Khare presenting “Food Security for All,” highlighting the importance of sustainable food systems, equitable access, and the role of public policy in ensuring food security for everyone.
The programme then continued with Shri Ayush Agarwal on “Open Network for Digital Commerce,” showcasing how digital ecosystems can expand commerce opportunities, improve market inclusivity, and enhance transaction efficiency across the economy and public sector.
Towards the end of the day, participants attended a “Briefing of Exposure Visit,” which provided key preparatory information, including the visit’s objectives, focus areas, and the expected learning outcomes from the exposure programme.
