Just finished teaching a traditional hatha yoga retreat in one of my fave places !
Retreats are not just about the yoga but also about community and bringing people together .
They bring about a space for reflection ; introspection and also an element of play ; fun and sillyness😁
We lost my Gilu baby ; my fave doggy in the world actually no there cant be a fave doggy 😢 💔; you were a highlight of my time at Ulpotha .

There is something about practicing in nature with the 5 elements ; the Panchabhutas; it brings me closer to myself and underneath that special 200 year old Banyan tree.
