Pursuit Career Managers was started in the year 2014 by Prof.

Harsh*t Shah with the vision of bridging the gap between the theoretical knowledge and the practical application in the field of commerce. As a professor he found that most of the students have no clue about why they are doing a course and how are they going to go about it till they graduate. Only attending lectures and doing nothing else in the 3-4 years of graduation will make them lethargic and

in no way ready for the cut throat competition. He believes that a person can be successful in any career stream if he is passionate about that stream and his career is managed well. Broadly, a person's career would include What stream he chooses, Why he chose it and How does he go about with it! A normal career counselor helps in deciding What stream to choose, but we go some steps ahead and stress equally on the Why and How too. The Why defines the passion and the How defines the managing. We start right from the time when a child is in his 10th standard and stay with him till he gets a job. In between we do everything possible to maximize his abilities and career. We manage the career in a manner that the student gets maximum possible practical exposure via internships, projects, NGO's etc. Over a short period of time, we have touched the lives of more than 5000 students across Mumbai. With seminars across leading schools and colleges of Mumbai, we have ensured that students get career advice of the highest quality. About the Founder and Chief Career Advisor

Mr. Harsh*t Shah started Pursuit Career Managers at the age of 24. He graduated from the prestigious Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai in 2011, along with his graduation he pursued Chartered Accountancy and later went on to do his post graduation in law from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law, Mumbai. He even started his CFA(US) but did not complete it as he felt it was diverting him from his goal. He started teaching as soon as he was done with his CA and since then has been a visiting faculty at NM College, UPG College and Dahanukar College for various Self Financed courses. He even started his own classes (SJ Tutorials) in 2012 which cater to Commerce students including tuitions for CA, CS, CFA, Bcom, BAF and BMS. He has been an avid investor since his school days due to his interest in finance. During his tenure of studying as well as teaching a lot in commerce, Mr. Harsh*t Shah has acquired in depth knowledge about all the career options that can be pursued by commerce students. His interest in studying human behaviour has helped him understand the student psychology, their dreams as well as the obstacles they face. Equipped with this deadly combination, he finds the perfect career solution for students.

We're thrilled to announce that Leap Up is starting an undergrad program with HL COLLEGE, AHMEDABAD in Core Finance names BS(Hons) in International Finance whose curriculum will be completely aligned with the CFA curriculum.

This undergrad program will allow CFA aspirants to prepare for their CFA exams via the college curriculum itself and will also cover some important topics and skills which are not covered in CFA as of now.

We thank the principal and management of HLCC for trusting us to deliver such a program.
