Don’t worry! One very significant reader of your application is the officer for your region.

She may not speak fluent Gujarati but might have visited India, will know at least some broad historical/socioeconomic strokes might be familiar with your school, and will read your application alongside all others from the region.

● Someone who seeks flexibility at work (with the option to work from home a few days
of the week) - perhaps a new parent juggling work and home, a recent English lit grad working on your own novel, an Executive Assistant keen to transition into a more front-facing role.
● Someone who wants a change from corporate culture and the opportunity to take on a meaningful role working directly with the founder.
● Someone who’s contemplating applying to school abroad and wants to become familiar with the landscape.

The role:
● Client Management - coordinating and communicating with students and parents to
make sure we’re all on the same page.
● Plan and manage workflow and data - since the application process is
deadline-driven, it is imperative to monitor each student’s application progress including
submissions and deadlines.
● Content creation - examples include emails, presentations for workshops at schools
pan India, writing articles for our newsletter, designing social media posts etc
● Strategising and facilitating partnerships - finding and connecting with synergistic
institutions and individuals to increase our business footprint.
● This job offers a competitive salary.
● The role allows for the option to work from home 1-2 days of the week.

Today, we visit the University of Chicago (UChicago). Beyond the arts and sciences, Chicago is also well known for its professional schools, which include the Pritzker School of Medicine, the Booth School of Business, the Law School, the School of Social Service Administration, the Harris School of Public Policy Studies, the Divinity School and the Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies.

Today, we look at the Michael C. Carlos Museum at Emory University. Here we see the stela on loan to the Carlos Museum has an inscription in Greek naming the owner as Heracledes. He is shown in a Roman toga reclining on a couch and drinking from a skyphos. While very Mediterranean in design, we still see Egyptian funerary tradition here as the jackal god, Anubis, is depicted in the corner keeping a watchful eye on the deceased.
