Students of Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School, Juhu (Std IX & X – Home Science), a group of 31 students & 2 educators, explored hospitality at Sahara Star hotel, through hands-on workshops in Culinary, Bakery, Mocktail Making & Towel Art—from pancakes and cake frosting to chocolate rocks, mocktails & towel origami.
An interactive session offered insight into hospitality careers, with students actively engaging and asking questions. The knowledgeable Academy staff made the experience truly enriching.
Students returned with great memories and inspiration to pursue hospitality.
