Shift : Morning and Evening Shifts (Rotational Basis)

• To personally greet the customers and other affluent people at each touch point with correct salutation.
• Being the first point of contact for any patron, ensure customer delight.
• Responsible for selling and upselling of the F&B products while in concession area and tickets while in the box office area
• Efficient Cash & Credit transaction handling on POS
• Customer query handling/basic situation handling
• Well versed with Movie synopsis and genre
• Taking effective orders and satisfying the customers
• Be present on the show start time for ushering and navigating patron to their seat
• Provide upscale guest service experiences
• Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures brand standards are followed
