Brainfeed Award for Don Bosco High School, Matunga!
Don Bosco Matunga was placed in the top five State Board schools in Mumbai at the Brainfeed School Excellence Awards 2022 (Brainfeed Top 500 schools of India). The school was awarded in the following categories:
• Best Academic Excellence School
• Excellence in Sports Education
• Best Community and collaboration school.
The School Excellence awards have been published in the April 2022 edition of the Brainfeed magazine.

Sports and Activities summer camp at Don Bosco Matunga - 9th to 27th April 2022
Young Boscoites, as well as students from other schools enthusiastically participated in sports and activities that included Chess, Abacus, Gymnastics, Athletics, Football, Cricket, Skating, Lawn-Tennis, Basketball, Judo, Languages (Spanish/French), Calligraphy, Handwriting, Drawing etc.

Maharashtra day and Workers' Day celebrations in school
On 1st May, the staff gathered in the hall for a short program to celebrate Maharashtra Day and Workers' Day. Prayers, Dance, poems, mono-acts and monologues were the salient features of the day's function to celebrate the beautiful culture of Maharashtra.

Celebrating our Rector, Fr. Crispino's birthday!
Our Rector, Fr. Crispino D'souza celebrates his 58th birthday today. Representatives of the three sections of the school (Secondary, Primary and the KG) wished him on his birthday at the morning assembly. We thank God for Fr. Crispino's presence among us and we wish our Rector long life with good health and abundant blessings!

A commendable venture of Master Aashmann Savardekar- Std 4 B, on the occasion of the Oak anniversary of DBHS Matunga.
Aashmann kept a diary of the 80 episodes (of each year at DB Matunga beginning from 1941 and ending in 2021) relayed on the School YouTube channel to commemorate the 80 years of the school. He presented his diary to the Principal.
Congratulations Aashmann!
