What a heartfelt PYP Grade V Graduation Ceremony it was at JBCN International School, Oshiwara. Moving speeches, stirring feelings and a whole lot of sentiments, this one was even more special because it was an especially emotional moment for Mr Arjun Rao. This was the same batch whose Sr KG GRaduation Mr Rao had attended as his first event as the principal of JBCN Oshiwara.

What a heartwarming graduation ceremony it was for the ones ready to fly the nest.

Our IBDP class of 2024 are ready to to show the world, how they know what they know!

Their special speech for each batchmate and for their teachers, with a special messages from Mr Arjun Rao, our Principal, Mr Harish Iyer our IBDP Coordinator, Ms Meadsilia Roderigues, our parent and our home room teachers added a special charm to the celebrations.

It was such an emotional rollercoaster at the Sr. KG graduation at JBCN International School, Oshiwara. Watching our mini changemakers on the dias with heartfelt words from our principal and their cute graduation hats had us filled with tears of joy!

Upwards and onwards, oh the places you'll go our shining little stars!

JBCN International School, Oshiwara's Grade II learners had an intriguing session on the life cycle of a butterfly and the metamorphosis process.

Our guest speaker from Magical Minds brought a real live caterpillar and pupa to the class to demonstrate caring for these tiny creatures. Interestingly, these learners are now adopting a caterpillar and pupa in each class to help little butterflies grow and observe this beautiful process up close and personal.

JBCN International School, Oshiwara was pleased to have author Dhwani Shah as guest speaker for our pre primary learners. The author of Rambling Rhymes spent time with them reading poems from her new books, Music Band and 'Bike Ride.'

Thank you Ms. Shah for spending quality time with our learners and immersing them in the world of books and poetry.

Our tiny tots at JBCN International School, Oshiwara - the Sr KG Class of 2024 - are graduating on May 18. Come and experience a sense of pride and accomplishment as we watch our Changemakers sparkle and shine with their brightness and kindness and set off on new adventures.

JBCN International School, Oshiwara's PYPX 2024 was a blend of mindful creativity and thoughtful innovation. Focused on the Unit 'Sharing the Planet' with the theme 'From Ideas to Impact: The Power of Young Changemakers,' 18 projects were presented at the exhibition.

From ZERO hunger and clean & green spaces, water sanitation and clean up drives, recycling of e-waste, upcycling, strengthening communities, mindful money matters—our learners presented projects that are close to their hearts.

Also, thanks to the money collected from the sales of various items created by our learners, the school will be able to support the provision of water filters to the Zilla Parishad school in Chimbipada.

Glimpses from the last day of DP2 learners at JBCN International School, Oshiwara. As a surprise, the entire school—learners, teachers, administrators alike—gathered outside their classes to wish them the best for their future.

Our Grade V learners of JBCN International School, Oshiwara, Mikhail Josephs and Khushaansh Varma, are working on individual projects for PYPx, which are incredibly empowering. While Mikhail's project, Mindful Money Matters, explores the different instruments of financial independence to become a changemaker, Khushaansh is working on an Empowerment Network focused on developing means of second income, especially for lower-income groups.

With the support of their teachers and the enrichment team, the learners held a special session for the schools' support staff to share their thoughts and encourage their Didis and Dadas to focus on their financial goals and the importance of mental health.

For JBCN International School, Oshiwara's recent Grade VII activity, our 7 Ekam learners engaged in hands-on biodiversity exploration.
Using self-made quadrats from ice cream sticks and straws, they ventured onto the school grounds to gain practical insights into ecosystem sampling techniques through systematic placement and diligent counting.

Such experiential learning opportunities are instrumental in nurturing scientific inquiry skills and fostering environmental stewardship among our learners.
