We were delighted to host the inauguration of Batch 5 of the Post Graduate Programme in Marketing & Business Management (PGPMBM) on 1st December 2025 at our Mumbai campus.
The cohort brings a rich blend of professional backgrounds, with experience spanning 1 to 21 years and an average of 10.13 years, complemented by diverse strengths across traditional and digital domains.
The batch represents a vibrant group of professionals from leading organizations such as BlueStar, Medtronic, Asian Paints PPG Pvt. Ltd., Shipsy, Apotex Inc., and The Red Pen. Their diverse professional backgrounds bring rich perspectives to the programme, setting the stage for an engaging and collaborative learning journey.
We were honored to have Mr.Arunabha Aich, Head – Human Resources, Asian Paints PPG Pvt. Ltd. , as our Chief Guest. His inspiring address provided valuable insights and set the tone for the cohort as they embark on their journey of learning and transformation.

We concluded the last contact session of MBM Batch 04, comprising 33 participants from organizations like Medtronic, JSW Energy Ltd and BlueStar.
Prof. Shabbirhusain RV highlighted the importance of continuous learning and staying relevant, reminding the batch that excellence goes beyond graduation.

“Learning is the new oxygen”, declared Mr Arun Rajan, Group CHRO – Blue Star at the inauguration of PGEMP Batch 103.
In an inspiring address, Mr Rajan encouraged the participants take PGEMP as an opportunity to renew, refresh and rejuvenate themselves and introduced them to the 3 D’s of leadership renewal – Discard your comfort zone, Defy self-imposed limitations, and Delay gratification!

As part of the ongoing celebrations marking the 100th batch of the Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP), we had the privilege of meeting the leadership team at TATA Power.
We were honoured to engage with Mr. Himal Tewari (CHRO, Chief – Sustainability & CSR) and Mr. Kunjvihari Jandhyala (Chief – Strategic HR), and extend our heartfelt appreciation for Tata Power’s long-standing support as a learning partner.
Representing SPJIMR - Executive Education, Dr. Shabbirhusain RV and Mr. VARUN PARASHAR had the opportunity to share programme highlights, including the PGEMP Impact Book, and present a Partner Recognition Plaque as a token of our deep gratitude.
