I am very grateful to this group of students whose hearts are as beautiful as they appear. Their trust and love kept me well through a hard phase in my life and I'm glad I could contribute a thing or two towards theirs.

Thank you to you, always! X # # #

With me in this post is Madhu Raghavendra , who, in my opinion, is one of India's brightest voices that resonates with reason and purpose through his work as a poet.

I had the honour of meeting him, discussing the delicate beauty and position of poetry in our lives and in countries like India. His passion and drive is inspiring and he currently works on giving a platform to indigenous poetry which stores an incorrigible voice. Thank you Madhu, for your indelible contribution to the arts and here's to our inevitable collaboration in the future.

Swipe for a poem :)

Hello all,

For the purpose of an introduction and your information, I am open for in-person or hybrid individual coaching, treatment and consultation on most things related to the learning and training of the Voice.

I have lived my life almost entirely in association with this work and by qualification I am a voice teacher, speech coach, a Manual Therapist and I work with speech impediments in non-clinical settings.

My subjects of expertise are Voice training (Voice for performance), The speaking of Verse and Dramatic Text, Public Speaking, Vocal Anatomy, treatment in Manual Therapy (Vocal massage), and work with Stammers and Lisps.

I start working with individual clients again (UK only) in August and have open but limited slots till December 2024.

If you are looking for detailed, specialised training in any of the subjects above, don't hesitate to contact me. I'd love to work with you!

Love,
Graham.

Nine years ago I was confronted with claims that 'studying abroad - it's unreasonable and not feasible'.

Yet, here I am. Setbacks and all. Hurray! 🎓 🍾 🎉

Jurgen Klopp is more than a manager.

He entertained the world with football that empathized with humanity; he treated loss like a victory - his football was not aimed for trophies but for memories, for it is the memory that is captured, saved and felt for generations. He knew that.

Jurgen understood that football was merely a part of life and not the other way around. It brought people together. He ambassador'd the healing and unifying power of sport and slay'd any actions that went against the virtues of the game. He embraced the community, he blended in and made it home - indeed, he made the people happy.

He fathered the youth, he empowered the lackluster'd veterans, he sang with the staff and he robbed the hearts of the Liverpool congregation.
"Klopp at the Kop" had a ferver in rhyme as much as it had a passion in its play - his personality met its match at Anfield.

Jurgen delivered 9 of the most industrious years I have experienced as a Liverpool fan. We could beat the best with a grand level of sportsmanship followed by an unrivaled celebration. Some of the sweetest nights of the last decade were spent with my boys reveling in some the greatest nights football, let alone Liverpool, has ever seen. All this was down to Jurgen, the immaculate team that he assembled and the emotion, energy, and enthusiasm with which they generously gave.

I am in awe, I have learned much from him, and if Jurgen stands for anything at all - it is for making life as memorable a feast as possible through one's values and benevolence.

What a man. Thank you, Boss! (2015 - 2024)

A thought to cap off a great weekend gone by.

This week I did something very cool.

I was offered the chance to teach on the MA/MFA Voice Studies course at (my very own degree)... except that I didn't teach Voice but Indian Verse.

It was a new feeling to bring the work of my country forward - something I have never done before. It was a 3 hour long sharing of the Anglo - Indian prosodic path, which aimed to cover in summary: How the British set up India as a colony, the imposition of the English language, India's mark on the literary map of the world, and poets of pre- and post-independence.

I facilitated this to a group of very curious and encouraging Voice teachers who are from different parts of the world and I really thank my stars for this opportunity.

I would love to deliver this lecture again. It did make me love my country that much more...

So it ends - the rivalry of our day.

Two rulers of the modern match who study each other's game in obsessive depth and exude an enormity of flair in every intention of build up play.

What an honour to watch a competitive respect so fierce that has led to several teeth gnashes and stomach churns, only to erupt emotions that results from such symphonic football. These two absolute masters of their craft have had the globe hold their breath for 180 minutes, twice a year, every year, for 8 years.

Every game was a strategic Masterclass, a tactical layout tighter than war, and had goals scored that hit home like an explosion. A decade to cherish for every football fan - thanks to these two - who've raised the bar together.

To Klopp and Pep! Thank you! 🍻 👏🏼

PS: I still hate Pep, and think he's a bald fraud. (I shouldn't be one to talk).

A great evening, celebrating the functional miracle of our individual voice. I conducted a Voice Masterclass for Teachers at the and I was greatly pleased by the openness and joy that everyone brought to their learning.

Thank you for affording me the chance to offer to others what I love the most in my life! The unbridled joy from an invigorating class for any teacher is unrivaled.

Such was it last night!
