Violet Monis (Founder)

Having completed her graduation from the University of Mumbai and thereafter receiving professional Teachers Training from the reputed Xavier’s Institute, she has taught innumerable students across South Mumbai and the Suburbs. She successfully justified her role, not only as a teacher, but also as a friend and more importantly as a Guide. She has 40 years of teaching to her credit. In addition to academics her areas of expertise include English (both Spoken and Written), Grammar, Counseling, Communication and Soft Skills.
Being an ardent believer of paying ones dues to the society as its member, she was keen on imparting the knowledge that she accumulated over the years, by catering to the needs of the individuals from all walks of life, be it a student or a housewife, a professional or a senior citizen. With Enhance & Empower she took the first step to fulfilling her goal of helping others achieve their goals.
