The CATalyst by Shreyans M The CATalyst (by Shreyans M) is a mentoring institute for Indian management entrance exams like CAT! But, we are NOT a coaching class.

After my MBA from IIM Calcutta and working in the corporate world with McKinsey for one year, I have decided to finally venture in the field I am best at - teaching! Having taught thousands of students in my 5+ years of experience in management entrance exams (like CAT, CET etc.), I have decided to start a venture on my own. We are a mentoring iinstitute guided by a simple vision "To nurture, mentor and inspire individuals to realize and attain their true inner potential". And this basic principle can be explained in just these simple lines by K. Patricia Cross - "The task of the excellent teacher is to stimulate "apparently ordinary" people to unusual effort. The tough problem is not in identifying winners: it is in making winners out of ordinary people."

Hi Friends

My name is Shreyans Mehta. I am an MBA from IIM Calcutta. After working in one of the world's most coveted organizations, McKinsey, I decided to quit and follow my passion of mentoring individuals to reach their dreams.

I coach and counsel individuals including CXOs and entrepreneurs in their careers and life in general. I also personally select and train a couple of small batches of 15 students from Mumbai who are passionate about doing their MBA from the top institutes of the country. I have groomed, mentored and trained many students to reach from 50 percentile to 90+ percentile based on my personal methods and experiences for acing the exams.
