Stand about a leg width away from the wall. Begin by lifting your right leg up and grabbing the big toe with your index and middle fingers. Lean your heel against the wall. Slowly fold your torso forward, bringing your chin towards your toes while ensuring your back stays straight. Hold this position for 5 deep breaths.
Next, inhale as you come up, turn your body, and extend your right arm outwards. Hold for another 5 deep breaths.
Return to center with an inhale, then exhale and fold forward again. Inhale as you rise back up. Engage the Mulbandha, point your toes forward, and gradually move away from the wall.
Keep your standing foot strong as you hold the pose for 5 breaths, with both hands on your waist. Repeat the sequence on the other side.
