Rituals are specific routines you do on a regular basis. Gratefulness is not achieved by doing one thing perfectly once but by doing the same thing repeatedly over a period of time. If you want to achieve greatness in life, you have to work on all areas of life every day.
You need to have rituals (or specific routines) for every area of life.
1) ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โ Health is wealth. For any machine to work longer, it needs to be well maintained. Similarly, our body needs to be maintained. Physical activity and exercise are important for everyone be it children, adolescents, adults of every age. Maintain your fitness consciously. Without regular physical activity, your body slowly loses its strength and ability to function properly. Treat your body as temple and worship it with good prayers (exercises) and naivyadyam (healthy food).
2) ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐กโ What you think is what you get. Your mind is a wanderer; it keeps on going around, looking up for signals. It only helps to protect you. Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his own abilities. Visualize great things every day. Have a routine to think happy thoughts. Think and grow rich in your thoughts. Clarity of mind is more important to keep it healthy and active.
3) ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ช๐๐กโ Spirituality is a broad concept of belief in something beyond self. Inspiration comes from in-spirit i.e. to be connected at soul level. You get inspired by the things which connect at a deeper level. Spirituality itself is something greater that connects all souls to each other and to the universe. Early morning is the best time to connect with your soul. Have a routine of meditation for at least 1 hour and calm your mind.
4) ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โ Working on emotional self is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Good emotional health helps you to see the best in you despite of challenges. Your emotional health i.e. your thoughts, your experiences, your feelings etc; defines and influences the way you feel about yourself. Be happy for everything you have. Have a routine to make yourself happy or to imbibe whatever emotion you wish to have on a consistent basis.
If you are able to nurture, give time and work on each of them, then you can easily achieve anything.

Raising children is a complicated process and there not only a single way for doing it right. Kids grow up faster in a blink of an eye. Few things are very important for being an extraordinary parent. Nurturing your child with good values is the most important thing a parent should do.
As a parent you should be very careful as well as cautious at the same time about what qualities you are inculcating in your child. Do not rob your children of the opportunity to develop capability and responsibility. You be their protector but do not become their weakness.
Never teach your fears to your kids rather introduce them to what is possible. Encourage them to take risks and themselves. See yourself as a โdeveloper of your childโ and not just a parent. Remember those little eyes watch you and try to imitate you and the things you do. Itโs very important to actively develop your childโs mind, heart and soul. A parent is the one who introduces the child to the outside world. And if you introduce your child to world as a place of limitations, he will never see the opportunities the world gives him.
Inspire your kids rather than limiting them. Inspire your kids to be great human beings in their own way. Introduce them to new people who will inspire them in some or the other way. Keep a close eye on what your child does. Keeping an eye here does not mean being a spy. It just means to check if your child does not follow a wrong path or does not go wrong in life.
As a parent itโs your responsibility to introduce your child to good things from the beginning. Itโs correctly said โYou are the creator of your life.โ So, make your child so capable that he creates a life with good values for himself. At first, parents are the eye to the child. A child sees the world which his parent shows him. Hence, try to show a better world to your child wherein he becomes a good human and a responsible citizen and person.
Every parent is eager to see his child grow as a responsible, trustworthy and a kind person. But teaching good values is not as easy as teaching any games. For this, you yourself should be a strong role model to your kid. Values donโt come by birth. They need to be taught and imbibed. If your child likes and respects your values, he will surely make those values his own. Spend quality time with your kids and try to understand them in a better way.
Teach your child titles donโt matter but yes people do. Teach your child to be kind, respectful towards others. Showing a kid how to take responsibility for their action is the important thing a parent can teach. Because who your child is as a person is more important than what award he wins.

Saying โNoโ doesnโt mean that you are denying or opposing something rather it means that you have your own stand towards something. Saying no helps others to establish clarity about what they can expect from you. Do not say a yes always for pleasing people. In the rush of pleasing people by saying a yes, you donโt even know what you want or what your needs are.
So, now is the time to think and make a change. This is because you hurt yourself by saying a yes to the things you do not want to do. You cannot please each and every one around you. Try to know your priorities. For instance, if you happen to be at your friendโs place for dinner and you keep on saying a yes to every food item which is served in your plate even if you do not wish to eat those items will definitely bring trouble to your health. Better you say a clear no before getting in to a worst situation.
Sometimes itโs better to be at a bad side by saying a โNoโ rather than being a good โbali ka bakraโ by saying a yes to the things which you do not wish to do. When you make it easy for people to grab your time, they always do that. Be bold and clear enough to saying a No.
Vanessa M. Patrick, an associate professor of marketing at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston said โThe ability to communicate โnoโ really reflects that you are in the driverโs seat of your own life. It gives you a sense of empowerment.โ
โWe live in a โyesโ culture, where itโs expected that the person who is going to get ahead is the go-getter who says yes to everything that comes their way,โ said Dara Blaine, a career counselor and coach in Los Angeles. โItโs when people learn to say no that I have really seen their careers take off.โ She said.
So, do not hesitate or be worried to say a โNoโ to things which you do not want to say a โYesโ from within.

Everyone experiences their own level of fear of change. Thatโs why comfort zones exist. Youโre not alone in these feelings surrounding change. There are many different life experiences where people suffer from a fear of change rather than choosing to make the change, even when making the change is the better decision.
When you make better choices, you experience better results. Here are those four things that keep you from making the changes you want to make.

๐๐๐: โ The fear of change is one of the most common fears that people face. Change is difficult for everyone. Most of us donโt like trying something new as it brings up our discomfort. But, the key here is doing the very thing that frightens you. This is how you can manage or destroy your fear. If you run away from your fear, it will run towards you. So, let go off your fear and welcome yourself to the fearless world full of opportunities and change.

It is rightly said โThe sweetest victory is the one thatโs most difficult.โ Failure can teach you the lifeโs greatest lessons. Michael Jordan once said โIโve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. Iโve lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times, Iโve been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. Iโve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. If you quit once it becomes a habit. Never quit! So, never give up fearing the failure.

๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: โ Climbing the ladder of success is not an easy task. It takes a lot of effort and hard work. Sometimes it happens that you do not get time to act on the commitments you made for personal and professional development. So, you forget them. But, you should always keep your commitments at the top of your mind. Do not forget them. Make a vision board for yourself. Donโt burden yourself with anything. The only person you need to compete with is yourself. Always strive to be a better version of you. And stop forgetting your commitments.

๐๐๐๐: โ The main problem you do not have faith. You doubt yourself for stepping into the change. Faith gives us strength and a feeling of confidence. The stronger your faith, the stronger you are. The right kind of faith provides positivity and hope. It makes our lives better. If you do not have faith, you will never try new things and if you do not try newer things you can never adapt to change.
So, these are the four Fโs which you should avoid if you want to elevate your career and life. Take the baby steps now to reach the greater heights of success.

Have you ever thought of the things that make you happy? Happy from inside. If you want to be happier, do more of the things that make you happy. Try to find time for the things that make you happy. No matter how stupid or silly doing that thing seems to be, just go ahead and do it. Now many of you would feel, itโs very easy to do the things you love, but actually itโs not. This is because, as we grow older and leave the wonder years of childhood, we stop doing the things that makes us happier.
You are caught in the rat race with many responsibilities which makes it difficult to do the things which makes your heart sing. Life just sucks with its daily routine and schedule. For instance, many of you might have enjoyed riding your bicycle in childhood and that made you the happiest person ever. However, this stopped with time as you grew older as life just busier. Now you call those days as the best days of your life and you just feel that those days wonโt come back.
But, if you really feel so, you can bring those golden days back in your life. Just do the things which make you feel happier. Start planning things and allot a specific time to those things. Life is very unpredictable. So, enjoy every bit of it and do the things which make you forget about all the stress and all the tiredness. Someone has rightly said, being happy is the greatest form of success.
Embrace each experience you have because you canโt ever come back to it again. Always know that you are capable and powerful enough to make anything you want to happen, happen. Itโs your life. You control it because yes you can turn your dreams into reality.

There are two words which, when used often, can bring more harmony to a relationship, more peace to a difficult situation & more beauty to the world. What are these two special words and why arenโt we using them all the time? The words are simplyโฆ โTHANK YOUโ. These two simple words can make you happy.
Gratitude or thank you is an appreciation for what you have received. It is simply an affirmation of goodness. Remember to say thank you every time you receive something from someone. The person should know the reason behind your gratitude and he should feel truly appreciated. He should know that you really understand the depth of his efforts and feelings.
It is very easy to take things for granted but you understand the value only when you stop receiving them. So, better start emphasizing the importance of expressing thanks and appreciating the people in your life for their love, efforts, sacrifices and feelings.
So today, take a moment and think about the people in your life who need to be cherished, appreciated and told that their support has been helpful. Offer a heartfelt โThank You.โ These two magic words wonโt cost you anything but would gain you everything.
Thanking works because it expresses one of our most basic and genuine emotions. For instance, when someone gives you a gift, you wouldnโt say โI didnโt like your giftโ or โI already have this giftโ rather you would thank that person with a โThank You.โ This let the person knows that you value his emotions or feeling behind that gift. So, the next time someone gives you a gift or does anything good for you, just go ahead and express your gratitude by saying a โThank You.โ
