``Free Trial Class: The aim of providing a free trial class is to understand the need of the student. Also, it helps in icebreaking with the trainer. In this session, we try to give an idea about how we conduct our classes, what all we can customize for the kid. After the session, our trainers design a six-month customize plan for the student. It is shared with the parents and evaluated from time to time.
``Individual Attention: Our core value is to deliver quality training for all. All the students may be of the same age but at times the learning capabilities are different. Keeping that in mind, we put 3 to a maximum of 5 students( of the same level) in a batch. The students and parents get support from trainers and course coordinators. Individual evaluation is done which is shared with the parents regularly.
``Mode of training: We all are learning to adapt to the online mode of training. For kids, it is difficult to give their 100 % focus on a computer screen unless it is very attractive. Keeping that in mind we design all our sessions with lots of activities. They will learn grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, phonics, storytelling, and many more with lots of activities and practice sessions. Along with regular classes, there will be masterclasses and workshops.
`` Feedback: As they say learning is a constant process of discovery, a process without end. Our methods, curriculum are dynamic in nature. We take monthly feedback from all the students and parents. We try to incorporate it into our system.
