Smart Kid Learning Centre is organising a “Free Mental Health Awareness Program”

Time: 3 pm to 5 pm
It will be a interactive programme where you can have a talk with the speaker and solve your queries and get a personal touch to your issues.
The Speaker:
Ms. Ketki Sanghavi
Child Rights, Menstrual Hygiene and Su***de Prevention Professional
Ms. Ketki Sanghavi has completed her master’s in social work and has experience of 12 years in the field of menstrual hygiene, child sexual abuse and protection and prevention of su***de. She has been invited by various forums and has educated pre-teens, teens and adolescents on Sexuality and Hygiene Education Awareness, Child Sexual Abuse, Su***de Prevention and other similar programs. She is trained dance movement therapist, somatic healer and a graphologist.
The workshop will touch upon the following areas:
• educating individuals about the signs and thought processes associated with suicidal behaviour
• emphasizing on the socio-cultural, economic, and psychological factors that potentially contribute to su***de,
• highlighting the prevalence of su***de in the country,
• raising awareness about the strategies which one can use to help and communicate with a person who is suicidal.
• brief introduction on essential mental health first aid, to recognise and prevent mental health concerns for immediate prevention and intervention.
• a sharing session where participants can freely talk about their own experiences with the realm of su***de.
The Workshop will be conducted on Zoom.
