An emotional strength curriculum for schools, teachers, children and parents. To watch my kids grow each day and still do what I loved best.

9 years ago, Learning Room was born to help me, a strategic graphic designer, navigate and create a home-work balance. I was surprised, that there weren’t too many products for young learners that encouraged imagination, enhanced soft skills, and above all, made learning fun. That prompted me to create the Learning Room in the manner that I did. My kids were and still are my first guinea pigs and I thoroughly enjoy creating for little people. Over the years, the inherent itch of learning has only grown deeper in me. And I knew that design alone couldn’t create the change that I craved to see in children. Kids who are in touch with their innate wisdom. If knowledge is power then knowledge of self is self empowerment and that coupled with experience makes for true wisdom. Learning Room is my Ikigai, a combination of ‘Who I am’ (healer, seeker at heart and passionate about children) and ‘What I am trained to do’ (art, design and meditate). Welcome to the LearningRoom.

It takes a village to raise a child—and a community to protect one.

To truly solve a problem as complex as bullying, we have to “complete the circle.” That means raising awareness for everyone involved: students, teachers, and parents alike.

We recently took a step further in this mission with our workshop: BULLY BUSTERS: Strategies for Preventing & Managing Bullying, led by the incredible Ms. Preeti Baghel.

The biggest takeaway? The power of the UPSTANDER.

By choosing to be active allies instead of silent bystanders, we create a culture where empathy and timely intervention lead the way. We are dedicated to equipping our entire community with the tools to build safer, kinder spaces for every child.

We're thrilled to share highlights from our recent ‘The World of Emotions’ module, an insightful session for children, expertly facilitated by the wonderful Prashant Chawla!

In a rapidly changing world, empowering our children with self-awareness and emotional intelligence is more crucial than ever. Prashant brilliantly combined various modalities to create an engaging learning experience where children explored:

We're all about building emotional strength in the classroom and beyond! Our co-founder, Apurva Shah, recently led a powerful session for grade 9-10 on managing pressure and resolving conflicts.

We engaged in a conversation to understand what pressure, especially looks like, sounds like, and feels like. One of our favorite moments was asking, "What do you think is the currency of your brain?" The answer: oxygen! This simple analogy helped them connect the dots between daily breathwork and mental clarity.
Providing kids with the right tools for their and well-being is at the core of what we do.
By being hands-on, we make sure our approach is always effective and engaging.
