No one could have ever imagined, before this pandemic, “Social isolation” and “Time management” would be a challenge to bring into practice. At present social isolation and physical presence have been two unavoidable aspects of reality. In this context, after a prolonged absence from the physical academic environment, we all are trying to resume our normal academic work. Hence we must know how to manage our time and overall mental health to cope up with fluctuating situations.
SWC in collaboration with IRSCP and PGAC is organizing a workshop “Managing Social Isolation and time during a pandemic”. The speakers will talk about “how to manage stress and social isolation” and “how to manage time” during the pandemic.

Hello Junta!

It’s time to introduce our wonderful Team IRSCP 2020-21. We had an overwhelming response during the interview sessions and right from the start, we realized that we are blessed with an enthusiastic and enigmatic team this year too.

This semester has not been what anyone had anticipated, and managing everything online was nothing less than a herculean task. It was all thanks to our wonderful Department coordinators who made the entire process as seamless as possible. In spite of their own busy schedules, they never undermined the importance of attending to the new research scholars’ needs and were always just a phone call or WhatsApp text away. What’s more amazing was that the team became self-sustainable and we could feel the team bonding growing up in the last month despite being miles away from each other. Our team consists of a plethora of really versatile people from various backgrounds and interests. They are amazing in their own rights, and will never back down from helping you out.

IRSCP IIT Bombay is introducing you to the new Overall Coordinators for 2020-21 session. We strongly hope that the new baton holders will carry forward the responsibilities of IRSCP and envisage a new beginning. The mantle will be shared by our 3 new OCs.

Dear All,

It gave us immense pleasure and great privilege working for IRSCP as Overall Coordinators for the academic year 2017-18. We hope we could do our best to put forward the interests of the PhD students and cater to the needs of the new PhD entrants.

We would like to thank the PG Council IIT Bombay and Institute Student Companion Programme - ISCP, IIT Bombay for their constant support and aid during the workshops and events.

We would like to express our gratitude to Prof N Prabhu for his guidance and motivation to work.

Last but not the least, we would like to thank our Department Companions for their immense help and contribution for all the events throughout the year. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.
