Asia's prestigious honour celebrating remarkable authors, and we're in it.

Company Law: A Fictionalised Journey from Incorporation to Winding Up has been nominated for the Sahitya Sparsh Awards Season 4, in the Academic category.

Authored by Advocate Sristi Nimodia, it does something most legal texts never attempt, it reads like a story and works like a manual. Every stage of a company's lifecycle, from incorporation to winding up, told with narrative clarity that doesn't sacrifice a single ounce of legal precision.

Congratulations, Adv. Sristi on the well deserved nomination.

Winners will be announced in July 2026. Stay tuned!

The best of discussions can alter the lens through which we see things - the Shatabdi Manthan is one such forum.

It brings together experienced voices to reflect on Change, Challenges, and Direction ahead through a keynote address on β€œTurbulence, Trade & Transformation – The India Story” and a panel discussion on "The New Tax Code: Continuity, Change & Challenges".

It is in such conversations that complexity finds clarity, as ideas are examined from multiple perspectives - not just to keep pace with change, but to understand what it demands of Professionals, of Institutions, and the way we think going forward.
