PEP: personality enhancement programme for children PEP: personality enhancement programme is a drama and film based performance course for children. It is conducted by Sandeep Jayaram.

PEP : personality enhancement programme began in 2002 as a communication, creativity and confidence development platform for children. Over the last eleven years, PEP has been conducted at institutes like YMCA (Colaba), Bombay International School (Babulnath), Hiranandani School (Powai), SM Shetty School (Powai), Beacon High (Khar), Kamla High School (Khar), Headstart (Walkeshwar), Seva Sadan (Gamdevi) and St John’s Universal School (Goregaon). PEP has been featured in newspapers/publications like

At my latest PEP: personality enhancement programme at Otters Club, the children were exposed to creative stimuli in form of film, sound effects and props. Their performances were based on these. And the results were astounding. The enthusiasm, the ideas, the fearlessness! If that wasn’t enough, their mothers and grandmothers joined in.

A brand-new programme begins at Khar Gymkhana, starting May 20th, 2024. It's open to guests so please vote for India and then VOTE FOR YOUR CHILD.
