SAI - Support for Autistic Individuals Founded by Kamini Lakhani, with 30+ years of experience. A very important component of it is Parent training.

A welcoming space supporting Autistic children and their families with respect and understanding, we offer one-on-one RDi® guidance and parent group coaching via the EAI Platform. Support for Autistic Individuals (SAI)- SAI Connections is a center which provides state of the art education for students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). SAI Connections provides services based on Relationship Development Intervention (RDI)

RDI Professional Certification is now available for the first time in India through SAI Connections. All the programs and trainings are supervised by the Director of SAI Connections, Mrs. Kamini Lakhani who is BCaBA, RDI Consultant, Supervisor and Trainer.

A child may be able to do something comfortably in a familiar environment, yet find it difficult to participate when the setting, people, expectations or demands change.

Mohit’s story is a reminder that development doesn’t always look the way we expect it to.

At 17, when Kamini began RDI with him, the focus shifted from teaching him what to do to giving him space to think, choose and express himself.

And somewhere along that journey, we discovered the artist who was already there.

Mohit’s work was recently exhibited at the Taj for a month.

This isn’t just about an exhibition.
It’s about what can emerge when we presume competence, slow down and make space for possibility.

Don’t just ask, “What can my child do today?”
Ask, “What might they discover tomorrow?”
