She is Dr Tessy Thomas.. Director of Agni-5 Missile mission... A missile that is capable of striking any deep spot inside China with a precision, better known in missile technology (with less than 0.0001 percent ambiguity...)

Agni-5 the intercontinental ballistic missile is capable of taking a nuclear head deep into any spot of it's choice inside China...

A weapon that is capable of making the Chinese think twice before they embark on any adventure with in any Indian territory....

She is the Chief Scientist and Director of Defence Research Development Organization, under the Defence Ministry, Govt of India....

She was born in Alappuzha District of Kerala as the daughter of Taiparambil Thomas and his wife Kunjamma in 1963

Her initial schooling happened in St Joseph's S

Her first Engineering Degree B Tech was from Trissur Govt Engineering College...Then she went on to take her MTech from Defence Institute of Advance Studies from Pune Maharashtra....

She joined Defence Research Development Organization ( DRDO)in 1988..

She had been part of the team that developed Agni-3 and Agni-4....before getting promoted as the whole time director of Agni-5 Mission....

A completely indigenously made scientist of high international standing....

Her husband is a Commander in Indian Navy.. Com: Saroj Kumar....

Her only son is named after 'Tejas' the first fully Indian made combat aircraft....

A woman of no mean achievements....

My mother used to cook beans, but before she cooked the beans, she picked the bad and dirty beans and threw them at our backyard and only cooked the good beans.

But when the rain came, the dirty and bad beans became seed and grew up and looked beautiful. Interestingly, that same person who threw them away started harvesting them; and she started to see that the beans she threw away some time ago had value.

​Now let me tell you​,

1. Don't cry when people throw you at the backyard.

2. Don't cry when they reject you.

3. Don't cry while they are looking down at you.

4. Some may see you as a burden.

5. Some may say you are too dull.

6. Some may say it was because of your past mistakes.

Don't worry.
It will rain some day and the same people who were rejecting you will invite you.
God loves even those who are left out and looked down on.
Just stay connected to Him and everyone will see how valuable you are.
Keep enhancing your skills and Knowledge and excel in one thing that will create your ASTITVA.( Purpose of life)
