Aakaar, IIT Bombay Aakaar is Asia's Largest Annual Festival of the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Bombay. And many more fun events are part of Aakaar, making learning fun.

Aakaar has been working as a great platform for students across the country to showcase and enhance their skills at the highest level since its inception in 2009. Aakaar is now the largest civil engineering festival in the country. Many competitions are held in Aakaar such as Civil Engineering Symposium, BridgeIt, ConquerIt, Civil Engineering National Exhibition and Smart Pitch which let the students compete and enhance their practical knowledge. As a part of knowledge sharing endeavour, many software workshops are conducted viz, Etabs, Autodesk Civil 3D, StaadPro, BIM, Revit etc. National level Civil Engineering Quiz is conducted every year named CiviQ.
