This Ivey case discusses how a healthy snacking brand, Snaqary, can scale and compete in a cluttered market by building a successful marketing strategy. The case highlights integrating core marketing concepts to create a strategic marketing and brand management framework to help a start-up brand grow and scale up. The case study is authored by Prof Ash*ta Aggarwal and SPJIMR PGDM 1991 alumnus Suraj Commuri, Senior Associate Dean at the University at Albany School of Business.

Every year, these awards recognise and celebrate excellence in leadership, innovation and creating impact. With their exceptional contribution, our awarded alumni become role models for our alumni community and instil a sense of pride.
