As the WICA Chef's Connect 2024 went underway in full glory at the Hilton Mumbai International airport, we brought our SugarCraft skills to the fore & embellished this lovely 3 tier Cake with elements that symbolized our Hotel Industry & honoured the work of Chefs!

We're back to spreading the magic of Pathare Prabhu flavours & this time around Chef Bimba Nayak has graced the kitchen of Anjuman - I - Islam's Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology!
Young & budding students worked as a team led by our very own Chef Bimba. Knowledge & techniques were shared & some flavourful Pathare Prabhu delicacies were created in a productive session!
