Our story at Transformis for the last 3 months has been similar to that of most teams. Of uncertainty, change and resilience. Amidst the 'new normal' we found ourselves exploring novel ways of working yet staying committed to our team's vision.
In context of our work in Diversity & Inclusion, we have been continuing our journey with Campaigns, Webinars and Virtual workshops. Our gateway has always been Unconscious Bias programs along with sustained dialogue around key drivers of inclusion and customised interventions.
In the age of the digital we are also creating virtual content using our unique theatre/performance methodology to create pertinent messaging around key areas of Gender, Sexual Harassment and LGBTQ. These videos are aimed at stimulating audiences to think about prevalent biases through everyday scenarios, characters and dialogues.
Our first video is a discussion between a Mother and her Son. We all know that our first experience of Gender begins at home. Unless questioned by our immediate community, we tend to internalise gender biases, related stereotypes & eventually carry them forward. Looking forward to your feedback.
