Why is it so easy to list our flaws, but so hard to name our strengths?

If we are asked to write down 5 things we messed up this week, we could probably do it in 30 seconds. But if asked to list 5 things we excel at, there’s a good chance we would hesitate.

We often think self-awareness is only about knowing our limitations—our "areas for growth," triggers, and our blind spots.

But true self-awareness is a two-way street. It’s just as much about identifying our unique qualities, quiet strengths, and the value we bring to the room.

It takes humility to admit what we aren’t good at. But it takes a different kind of courage to look in the mirror and say, "I am actually really good at this."

Owning our strengths isn't arrogance; it's accuracy. And we can't effectively leverage our potential if we're only looking at half the map.

Next time you catch yourself auditing your flaws, take a moment to audit your wins too. You're probably doing a lot better than you give yourself credit for.

P.S. This is exactly why frameworks like the Johari Window exist. Sometimes our greatest strengths sit entirely in our 'Blind Area'—clear as day to everyone else, but completely invisible to us until we ask.”

Self-awareness is often treated like a destination—something we "achieve." But in reality, it’s more like a mirror that we occasionally forget to look into.

It’s that split second where you realize: “I’m not actually frustrated with this project; I’m just hungry and tired.” Or that moment in a meeting where you catch yourself waiting to speak instead of actually listening.

The most "human" part of self-awareness isn't being perfect; it’s being honest.

A few ways we can practice it:

1. Checking our "vibe": Pausing to ask, "What energy am I bringing into this room?"

2. Owning the reaction: Realizing that while I can't control what happens, I am 100% responsible for my response.

3. The Power of 'Why': Digging one layer deeper into my preferences and biases.

We spend so much time studying our industries, our tools, and our competition. Every now and then, it’s worth turning that curiosity inward. After all, the better we understand ourselves, the better we can show up for everyone else.

When was the last time you surprised yourself with a bit of self-reflection?

We often think of patterns as designs on a page, but they’re really the invisible tracks our lives run on.

From the way we handle a stressful email to the "default" route we take to the office, these loops are efficient—but they can also keep us stuck. The most human thing we can do is step back and ask: “Am I choosing this rhythm, or is it just playing on repeat?”

Three ways to shift the loop:

1. Notice: Catch yourself in an "autopilot" moment.

2. Pause: Give yourself three seconds before responding.

3. Tweak: Change one small detail in your routine.

Growth isn't about a total overhaul; it’s about noticing the lines we’ve drawn for ourselves and deciding which ones are worth keeping.

Is there a pattern in your day that’s served its purpose? Maybe today is the day to break the rhythm.

Missed Sharing this yesterday… but joy doesn’t follow a calendar!

One thing that we rely on whenever we feel happy & joyous is ‘Movement’ - Whether it’s “Raising a hand with pride saying - Yess !!”
Or Banging it on the table saying - Woohoooo !!!! - We did it”
Or do our “Happy dance with silly movements saying lalalalala !!” Just like the one in the picture

Sometimes happiness needs no plan… all we need is music, movement, and a moment.

This was our first training assignment where we travelled together for the first time, stayed together and created numerous memories - This picture was our impulse to celeberate the success, post session, in our beautiful apartment

Those were the days…. when we almost formed ‘Trinity’ 😊 ….Do you remember Ghosh

Dance is how we celebrate life — with impulse, joy, and memories that stay long after the song ends.

Happy (belated) International Dance Day! 💃

When clarity vanishes, the urge is to run faster. Instead, try these three shifts:

1. Shorten Your Horizon
Stop looking at the mountain. Focus only on the next 15 minutes. When the "big picture" is blurry, clarity is found in the smallest possible action.

2. Externalize the Noise
Confusion thrives in the loop of our own mind. Get it out. Whether we scribble on paper, talk it out, or engage in something tactile, moving the thoughts into the physical world changes our perspective on them.

3. Acceptance of the "Void"
Feeling lost is often just our internal GPS recalibrating. One isn't falling behind; one is in the "loading screen" before a new phase.

The Rule of One: If you can't find the path, just find the next right step.

Sending warm wishes on the auspicious occasion of Baisakhi! 🌾✨

Growth isn't a race to the canopy; it’s a commitment to the roots.

If you feel like you’re moving slower than the rest of the feed, remember:

1. Build your foundation in the quiet phases.

2. Rise Slow: Sustainable success is a result of small, consistent habits.

3. Stand Tall: You’ll have the stability to stay at the top because you didn’t skip the struggle.

Don’t rush the process. You aren’t falling behind; you’re building something that lasts.

What happens when employees stop being "resources" and start being "Incredible"? 🚀

We recently celebrated Women's Day at Svitzer with our session 'Incredible You', and the energy was nothing short of transformative.

In a world that demands perfection, we took a moment to celebrate being a "work in progress." We set aside the office masks and the to-do lists to rediscover the raw, human qualities that drive true leadership and collaboration.

The room echoed with a new kind of power:
✨ I am Courageous & Sincere
✨ I am Resilient & Unique
✨ I value Integrity & Happiness
✨ My past is not to be forgotten; it holds the resources for my future.

The takeaway? A resilient organization isn't built on rigid structures; it’s built on individuals who are self-aware, grounded in their values, and proud of their journey. When your team feels 'Incredible' internally, they perform incredibly externally.

A huge thank you to Nikita Prabhu, Dipali Gatle, Bhakti Dhanawde for inviting us and team Svitzer for showing up with such honesty and heart.

📢 Calling all HR Leaders & Culture Champions: Is your team ready to rediscover their 'Incredible'? Let’s move beyond standard wellness and dive into deep, identity-driven growth.

📩 DM us to bring 'Incredible You' to your organization.

Coloured charts, bright pens, notes everywhere —
it may look like an art table, but there’s science behind it.

Colours:
✨ Activate curiosity
✨ Break monotony of traditional learning
✨ Help the brain organise and remember ideas
✨ Encourage intuitive responses instead of scripted answers

When people engage with colours, discussions flow more naturally and insights emerge more authentically.
