The Foundation has its registered office at Matunga in Mumbai. The Foundation is managed by elected Board of Trustees. All the trustees to the foundation volunteer with the Foundation. The Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation of Maharashtra is a registered charitable trust and all donations to the foundation are exempt from Income Tax under Section 80G, of the Income Tax Act.

One grain of wheat sown may come back to you as about 120 grains of wheat,” the Food for Hungry Drive – July 2026, organised by the Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation of Maharashtra, was conducted across multiple locations in Maharashtra—Mumbai (Bhandup, Dahisar, Ghatkopar, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Kandivali, Malad, Parel), Kopargaon, Nagpur, Nashik, Navi Mumbai, Phaltan, Ratnagiri, Solapur, and Thane (Kalyan, Badlapur, Dombivli)—as well as Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara, Gujarat, spreading compassion, hope, and the spirit of selfless service to communities in need.
