The Marketing Club of SDA Bocconi Asia Center recently hosted Mr. Ritwik Mallik, Head- Marketing and customer experience, Schindler India for addressing the students of IMB-2 batch.

The session was fraught with valuable insights that came about as a result of Mr. Mallik's professional experience in the field of marketing.

He talked about the role of clusters such as demographics and psychographics in customer segmentation. He also stressed on understanding the customer and creating a value proposition match, before marketing a product. The finer points of differentiating a product in the minds of the customer were also explained in detail.

On behalf of the Marketing Club of SDA Bocconi Asia Centre, we extend the heartiest of thanks to Mr. Mallik for his time and the informative session.

Mercato Maniacs- The official Marketing club of SDA Bocconi Asia Center successfully conducted two competitions, “BRAND WARS” and “AD MAD SHOW” in the academic year 2019-2020.

The winners were felicitated during the recent Marketing Conclave of SDA Bocconi Asia Center by our Dean Prof. David Bardolet. We want to congratulate all the winners for their spectacular performance. We would also like to thank all the members for turning up for the competitions and making it a huge success.

Mercato Menaics proved this right again.
After months of consistent efforts and hardwork, Mercato-Maniacs is proud of hosting the First Ever Marketing Conclave of SDA Bocconi Asia Center

The Conclave hosted the Industry best minds of marketing sharing their intellectual insights on "Gen Z: Prism of Possibilities"

The marketing club would like to express its indebted gratitude to our esteemed speakers

Mr. Keegan Pereira, Creative Director - Togglehead for his power talk which energized the class with his interesting take on reading in between the lines.

The panel discussion was an interesting conversation moderated by Mr. Saumil Mehta, VP - Schbang who challenged the panelists with relevant questions that evoked a powerful discussion.

What more could we ask for when have an articulate story teller- Mr. Manish Advani, Marketing GM - Schindler India who effervesently quoted that "It is the age of hyper-personalisation"

Mr. Varun Rajwade, Digital Marketing head - Pantaloons with his inventive oratory skills, shared his valuable insights and enlighted us about the importance of humanizing
communication for the milleneial customers.

The conclave is a huge success as we witnessed a galaxy of intellectuals exchange their perspectives of Gen Z and how marketing will evolve as we embark into the next decade.

We express our earnest gratitude to our Respected Dean David Bardolet and Managing Director Alessandro Giuliani for establishing an educative environment which encourages and shape the future managers to become the best versions of themselves.

We also would like to thanks our ever supportive Career Development head Bhishim Chugani for his perservance and encouragemnet for the progress of the class.

We would be incomplete without mentioning our beloved photographer Mirella who adds a spark to every event and captures people at their very best.

We are excited to announce that the first marketing conclave is set to happen on the 28th of February 2020.

The theme of the conclave is "Gen Z: Prism of Possibilities" and it comprises of a "Power Talk" by Mr Keegan Pereira - Creative Head, Togglehead and a "Panel Discussion" with Mr Varun Rajwade - Digital Marketing Head, Pantaloons and Mr Manish Advani - Marketing GM, Schindler on the panel; and Mr Saumil Mehta - VP, Schbang Digital Solutions as a moderator.

Marketing Conclave 2020!

Mr Keegan Pereira is an advertising professional having primarily worked in the digital domain for over a decade. His career highlights include working with some of the biggest brands namely Volkswagen, Star Movies, Cadbury Bournvita where he was instrumental in transforming the iconic Bournvita Quiz Contest into a fully-interactive digital property. Currently, Keegan leads the Creative Team at Togglehead, a seven-year-old agency on the realm of new-age work especially with VR/AR/AI technologies.

We are extremely glad to have him as Power Talk Speaker at Marketing Conclave 2020.

Marketing Conclave 2020!

Mr. Saumil Mehta is the VP of Client Solutions and comes with rich experience with work across The Pidilite Group especially Fevicol, GCPL, Ashok Leyland, Tinder, Crompton, Lakme, Nature's Basket, Godrej Properties and many more. He had been with Schbang over 5 years. Prior to Schbang he was with Nielsen and has a deep understanding of consumer insights. Saumil's latest claim to fame was the Fevicol Ad on the Royal Family.
