એક અમૂલ્ય અને યાદગાર આમંત્રણ તમને આપતા અમને આનંદ અને ગૌરવનો અનુભવ થાય છે. આપણી જ્ઞાતિ માટે આ ઉજવણી એક એવી યાદગાર ઘડી બની રહે, જેમાં નાનાથી લઈને મોટા સુધી દરેકને રમતો અને ઉજવણીનો આનંદ મળે.

આવા અવિસ્મરણીય અવસરના રંગો આપણા દિલોમાં સદાકાળ માટે બિરાજમાન રહે, તેવા હેતુ સાથે, “શ્રી 25 ગામ હાલાઈ ભાટીયા મિત્ર મંડળ” આપણા સૌ માટે એક શ્રેષ્ઠ મંચ આપી રહ્યું છે.

પ્રથમ નજરે જોઈએ તો આ કાર્યક્રમ વિવિધ રંગોથી ભરપુર હશે. આ આકર્ષક કાર્યક્રમમાં તમે મોજ માણી શકો તેવા કેટલાંક વિશિષ્ટ કાર્યક્રમોનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે:

*સવારે 10:00 થી 11:00:*
શ્રી 25 ગામ હાલાઈ ભાટીયા મિત્ર મંડળના દરેક કમિટી મેમ્બરો વતી હાજર રહેલ સર્વે જ્ઞાતિજનો ને આવકાર તથા મંડળ ના પ્રમુખ શ્રી જયસિંહભાઈ આશર ના હસ્તે સંમેલનના પ્રમુખ શ્રી યોગેશભાઇ કરસનદાસ સરૈયા તથા મુખ્ય અતિથિ શ્રીમતી જયશ્રીબેન કિર્તીભાઇ આશરનું બહુમાન અને તેમની હાજરીમાં દીપ પ્રાગટ્ય થશે.
સાથે સવારના ગરમાગરમ ચા-નાસ્તા ની વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી છે.

*સવારે 11:00 થી 11:30:*
મંડળની નાની-નાની બાળાઓ દ્વારા નિદર્શન આપતું “ગણેશ વંદના” રજૂ કરવામાં આવશે, જે આપણી મંડળની ડાન્સ ડિરેક્ટર દ્વારા નિર્દેશિત છે.

*સવારે 11:30 થી 12:30:*
"શ્રી 25 ગામ હાલાઈ ભાટીયા ગોટ ટેલેન્ટ" : આપણી જ મંડળના બાળકો તથા પરિવારના સભ્યો દ્વારા વિવિધ પ્રદર્શન, જેમ કે નૃત્ય, મોનો એક્ટિંગ, તથા સ્ટેજ પરફોર્મન્સ જોવા મળશે. જો કોઈ પણ આ પરફોર્મન્સમાં ભાગ લેવા માંગે, તો રિદ્ધિબેન આશર (મોબાઈલ નંબર 98212 73576) સાથે 10મી સપ્ટેમ્બર 2024 પહેલાં સંપર્ક કરી પોતાના નામ નોંધાવવા જરૂરી છે.

*બપોરે 12:30 થી 1:30:*
મંડળ દ્વારા સમાજના તે યુવાનોનું સન્માન કરવામાં આવશે, જેમણે વિવિધ શૈક્ષણિક ક્ષેત્રોમાં અનોખી સિદ્ધિ પ્રાપ્ત કરી છે. આ ઉત્તમ યશસ્વી યુવાનોને સર્ટિફિકેટ/ મેડલ અથવા એવોર્ડ આપી તેમનું સન્માન કરવામાં આવશે. આ માટે Google લિંક https://forms.gle/bhB6uV89vD9ZmsDHA દ્વારા ફોર્મ ભરવું અને 31 ઓગસ્ટ 2024 પહેલાં કમિટી મેમ્બરને મોકલવું.

- શ્રી 25 ગામ ના દરેક ઘરમાંથી 80 વર્ષની ઉપરના દરેક વડીલોને આ સંમેલનમાં હાજર રહેવા ખાસ વિનંતી, તે દરેક પાસેથી આશીર્વાદ લઈ તેમનું સન્માન કરવામાં આવશે. ( તો દરેક કુટુંબીજનોને વિનંતી કે તે વડીલોના નામ કમિટી મેમ્બરને તારીખ 10 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2024 પહેલા પહોંચાડી દે - અને સંમેલનમાં સાથે લાવે ).
- આ સાથે અતિ જરૂરી એવું સન્માન કે જેમના અથાગ પ્રયત્નો અને લગન થી આપણું મંડળ રૂણી છે, તે પૂર્વ પ્રમુખો અને અત્યારના સલાહકાર શ્રી કિશોર ભાઈ સરૈયા તથા શ્રી પુષ્પકભાઈ આશર ને સન્માનિત કરીશું.

*બપોરે 1:30 થી 3:00:*
રસિક રુચિ ધરાવનારાઓ માટે વિવિધ વાનગીઓથી ભરપૂર ભોજન. આ રસોઈનો સ્વાદ તમે ક્યારે ય ભૂલી શકશો નહીં!

*સાંજે 3:00 થી 6:00:*
પ્રોફેશનલ ઇવેન્ટ ગ્રુપ દ્વારા રજૂ થનારા મનોરંજક કાર્યક્રમો, જેમાં દરેક ઉમરના સભ્યોને આનંદ થાય એવો તમામ કાર્યક્રમ અને ફરીથી તાજગી માટે ચા-કોફીનો લેહેજત.

*સાંજે 6:00 થી રાત્રે 9:00:*
"વાગ્યો રે ઢોલ" - રમઝટ બોલે એવાં રાસ ગરબાના ગીતો. ઢોલ ના તાલે તમારા પગ ને થનગનાવ્યા વિના રહી શકશો નહીં. અને રાત્રે ચટાકેદાર જમવાનું તો ખરું જ.
આ ગુજરાતી ઉજવણીને યાદગાર બનાવવા માટે સૌ મિત્રો એકઠા થઈને માણીએ.

*જાહેર નોંધ:*
1) કૃપા કરીને બાકી નીકળેલું લવાજમ ₹2,000/-(વાર્ષિક ₹1,000/પ્રમાણે)-સમયસર ભરવા વિનંતી.
2) સમાજની ફરીથી ઉન્નતિ માટે તમારું Donation સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે, તે રોકડમાં અથવા સ્પોન્સરશિપ સ્વરૂપે હોઈ શકે.
રૂ. 5,000 + ડોનેશન આપનારને ફેમિલી પાસ ઉપરાંત એક ગેસ્ટ પાસ, ₹10,000 + માટે બે ગેસ્ટ પાસ તથા રૂ. 20,000 + માટે ચાર ગેસ્ટ પાસ આપવામાં આવશે.
તથા રૂ. 10,000 કે તેથી વધુ ડોનેશન આપનારને સ્ટેજ ઉપર પણ સન્માનિત કરવામાં આવશે.
વર્ષ 2019 ના ₹10,000 + ના દાતાઓ પણ જો હાજર હશે તો તેમનું પણ સન્માન કરવામાં આવશે
3) આ સંમેલનમાં મેમ્બરોના બિઝનેસ પ્રમોશન માટે પણ વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી છે, તેઓ તેમનું ત્રણ ફૂટ બાય ચાર ફૂટનું બેનર પણ લગાવી શકે છે, જેની ન્યોછાવર રૂ. 1000 રાખવામાં આવી છે.
મેમ્બરોના બિઝનેસ પ્રમોશન ( ખાવા પીવા સિવાયની વસ્તુઓના ) માટે સ્ટોલ્સ રાખવાની પણ વ્યવસ્થા થયેલી છે, જેમાં એક ટેબલ અને ત્રણ ખુરશી આપવામાં આવશે, તેની રકમ પણ રૂપિયા 1000 રાખવામાં આવેલ છે.
4) ઉપરની બધી જ વસ્તુની ડિટેલ માહિતી કમિટી મેમ્બરને ઉપર જણાવેલ તારીખની પહેલા આપવાની રહેશે, ત્યાર પછી કોઈ ગણતરી કરવામાં નહીં આવે.
5) આવો, સાથે મળીને આપણા સમાજને નવપલ્લવીત કરીએ.
આ હ્રદયસ્પર્શી સમારંભમાં આપનું ઉપસ્થિત રહેવું ખૂબ જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે.
