The Education Refinery
A community of changemakers who are working towards recognising the problems and continuously work towards finding solutions to help the education system evolve with the changing needs of the nation.

Sometimes taking a break really helps you to find yourself. Recently I decided to cut myself off from work for 2 weeks and focus on "unproductive" things like sitting at a roadside tea stall for hours and talking to strangers, watching children play football, watching brainless movies, hanging out with old friends and family members,etc.

Lessons learnt:
1. Networking can happen through unusual mediums.
2. A tea stall owner can teach you more about business than many MBA graduates.
3. Negotiating with a cab driver is one of the most important skills one should learn.
4. Gully cricket can teach you more about team bonding than office games.
5. Mothers are the best managers in the world. Even top CEOs should take lessons from them.
6. Fathers can teach you more about EQ than "self help" books.
7. The biggest achievement in your life is to stay connected to your roots inspite of how much success you achieve in life.
8. Taking a break every once in a while is the best remedy for stress.
