The Operations Club of SDA Bocconi Asia Center presents to you the Genops Virtual Conclave on the theme “Building Resilient Supply Chains”. The conclave will be conducted on October 10th, 2020.
The virtual conclave will commence with the keynote speech by Mr. Parmeshwaran Iyer, Global Vice President: Supply Chain Management at Beiersdorf followed by a panel discussion between Mr. Mats Joseph Fernandes CSSMBB™, IASSC CBB™, CSCP™, National Logistics Head at Daniel Wellington, Mr. Sunil David, Regional Director, AT&T, and Mr. Amit Vora, Associate Vice President, Nykaa. The discussion will be moderated by Mr. Abhijit Chaudhuri, Professor of Operations Management at SDA Bocconi Asia Center. The talk will be based on the management of supply chains post-COVID, as the pandemic has disrupted the supply chain network of companies due to restrictions that limit the movement of goods and people. The conclave is a platform for eminent business leaders to consider new strategies to build resilient supply chains to keep future disruptions minimal.

The theme was "Food Supply Chain". Mr. Saurabh also shed light on

An insightful project work comes to an end. The zeal for Operations and Supply Chain Management is intense with this bunch of focused pupils. Collectively we worked on the simulation,Rialto, on various aspects of business such as KPI analysis,balance sheet, income statement, Procurement, demand fulfillment, distribution and procurement strategies. It culminated into a very insightful discussion on recommendations and improvements.
We are sempiternally grateful to our professor Mr.Giuseppe Stabilini and Mr. Alberto Grando for giving us this opportunity and guiding us throughout.
Ending the Milan trimester on a high.
