We associate Melange with life – a wonderful blend of experiences. Experiences that make you laugh, cry, shout, dream, perform and celebrate. To make our experiences more meaningful; we choose the right kind of activities and role models to excel in our endeavors. Most of our role models have made it large with one idea or a bundle of ideas. However, what we don‟t realize immediately is that they continuously evolve the idea to stay relevant to the times. Remove some ideas. Learn. Unlearn. "Change is the only thing that is constant in this world" and the change agent for change is an Idea! An Idea not only changes your life, but can also transform it. We are, what we are today because of the various ideas of numerous people who have taken the pain to incubate and develop their idea for the benefit of mankind. When Ideas converge, the BEST evolves! Ideas help us to build creativity, Creativity leads to thinking, Thinking provides knowledge and it is Knowledge that alone Liberates thereafter! With global economy being gloomy and the domestic politics being goofy; how should managers be ready for the coming years?
