Built under the rules and classification of IRClass - Indian Register of Shipping, the fourth Diving Support Craft DSC A 23 (Yard 328), was successfully launched at TRSL Titagarh Kolkata. This fourth ship of five Diving Support Craft (DSC) project is built by Titagarh (TRSL) for Indian Navy under the "Make in India" vision. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Soumya Chatterjee, FIMarE(I) and Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Singh of IRS, Kolkata.

As part of its ongoing training initiatives, IRClass Academy, the training arm of IRClass - Indian Register of Shipping has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Charismight Consultancy Pvt Ltd to work together on specialised maritime training programmes.
