Indigo Kids Edutainment opened their act 8 years ago with a play in the park for 50 children. Little

The brainchild of entrepreneurial mothers Ekta Shah and Pinky Daga, Indigo Kids Edutainment was founded in 2006 and is one of the pioneers of children’s edutainment in India. Indigo Kids as a parent company houses:

The IK Children’s Theatrical Production House
The Indigo Kids Birthday Boutique for specialized kid’s events
The IK “Workshops on Wheels” which owns the Mad Science international brand, as well as creates workshops for various Mumbai based schools. Pinky Daga holds a Masters degree in Journalism and English Literature from Boston University with a minor in theatrical studies. She brings to the team a depth of media, marketing, and entertainment industry experience from her years as a magazine journalist in Boston, New York and London. She further spearheads the theatre productions as the scriptwriter and director of all the in-house productions. Ekta Shah brings to the team an integral understanding of the development of a child’s psyche with her experience as a teacher at a premier Mumbai nursery, and as a graduate of early childhood from CMYT, New York. Further armed with a secondary degree in design, Ekta spearheads the design and production for the IK theatrical department.
