The schools in Metro cities must know what is happening under the hood when it comes to pupils' physical, psychological and overall wellness.
Many children become victims of individual or group bullying,peer pressure, group trends that may be way above/below normal.Some children are physically weak and do not retaliate against a person (of same or different age).
Mostly teachers or non teaching staff give a deaf ear to the kids or don't understand the depth of what is lying under what their concern is.
The alarming rate at which unhealthy practices are going on in schools also outside premises of which parents and teachers are aware/unaware must be completely eradicated before it grows into something that can't be stopped.

Every parent has to be proactive and engage in healthy parenting.
