We had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of the Summer Camp at HappyMinds with children aged 4–6. The session focused on helping young learners think critically, organise their thoughts, and communicate their ideas in a clear and confident way. From creative responses to delightful little presentations, the children amazed us with their enthusiasm and imagination. It was a joyful session filled with learning, collaboration, and lots of expression!

One final rehearsal.
A thousand little moments of courage, forgotten lines, louder voices, nervous smiles, and powerful comebacks later… tomorrow is finally the day. 🎤✨
From practice to performance,
Isha, Vrisha, Purav, Shanaya, Tanishi & Palak are ready to take the stage and share ideas worth spreading. ❤️
The lights are almost on.
The voices are ready.
And the stories? They’re about to leave an impact.
Most kids don’t struggle with grammar—
they struggle with translation.
They think in one language…
and convert it into English.
That’s where fluency breaks.
Research in Psycholinguistics shows—
fluent speakers don’t translate,
they use ready sentence patterns.
So instead of correcting words…
give better sentence beginnings.
Because fluency is built in patterns, not perfection.
Reading matters. A lot.
But strong language skills don’t come from books alone.
Research in child development shows that children build language through interaction, not just exposure.
The back-and-forth of conversation—what experts call serve and return (highlighted by the Harvard Center on the Developing Child)—is what actually strengthens thinking, vocabulary, and expression.
In simple terms—
A book introduces language.
But a conversation activates it.
And in today’s world—especially with AI—
children who can frame thoughts clearly, ask better questions, and express ideas confidently will always have an edge.
So no, this doesn’t mean “don’t read.”
It means—don’t stop there.
This vacation, let books start the journey…
and conversations take it forward.
Most parents think AI is a tech problem.
It’s not.
It’s a language problem.
Your child’s ability to use AI well — accurately, safely, productively — depends almost entirely on how strong their English is.
Can they frame a question clearly?
Can they read a response critically?
Can they tell when something sounds wrong?
That’s not coding. That’s English.
At Fun Hammerr, that’s exactly what we work on — building kids who don’t just consume AI, but command it.
Admissions are still open.

Embarking on a writing journey: 📝 Step by step guide to proficiency.

I have recently developed an excellent framework for crafting fiction stories, ensuring that students in grades 6-10 not only acquire creative ideas but also master the art of writing within specific time constraints, even when facing the pressure of completing tasks during exams or assessments. Learning a writing framework is a required skill for students because it provides them with a structured approach to express their thoughts and ideas effectively.
