Mental health issue are at rise because of so much uncertainty and sudden changes in life that we are facing because of different reasons including COVID. It takes a lot of courage for people to reach out and take help. Mental health awareness is fairly a new concept and you can contact professional who can guide you and help you with any mental health issues to get proper treatment.
Family relationships can substantially affect mental health, behavior and even physical health. Before you help others, first we should help ourselves. We, humans often look up to our elders or at times reach out to our friends to seek the answers which trouble us within.
It's quite important to know yourself first. If you have Fear, Anxiety, Sadness in your life, you know it better, the reasons behind rather finding it outside. Dig deeper into your subconsciousness as it has all the answers. Investing in yourself emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially, will allow you to become the best version of yourself. The extent to which we invest in, not only shapes the way we interact with the outside world, it often reflects the opinion we have of ourself and this will affect our chances of success in the future.
You won't be able to find the answers within a day but yes, gradually with accepting your "self" and your "flaws" you will be able to find out the solutions of all your problems. Therapy is a continuous process of unlearning, learning and relearning that’s aided by a professional. Hence it takes a qualified person to take up such intricate responsibility.
Research has shown that social relationships, particularly family relationships, can have both long- and short-term effects on one's mental health. Depending on the nature of these relationships, mental health can be enhanced or impacted negatively.
Close family relationships afford a person better health and well-being, as well as lower rates of depression, addiction and disease throughout a lifetime. The first step is to bring joy to yourself and then spread it to the world. We can't spread happiness unless we bring happiness to ourselves. Be yourself, and do what you can to make yourself the best you can be. We always have a chance to find the bright side to our situation, no matter how tough it seems, by only changing our views and identifying the positive of every experience that there is always a lesson in the pain.
October is mental health awareness month and today is , Gratitude to all Psychologist, Healers and Counselors; Let's give mental health the attention and importance that it deserves. Let's not minimise the challenges being faced by so many during Covid time. Seek assistance as you would for any other medical issue and always care for your happiness... 🙏 Jay Jagannath

To be a "MENTOR" is an act of responsibility in itself.Am extremely grateful to the almighty to have bestowed upon me this crucial knowledge in today's world and be of service to the mankind.The roleplay of neurons and it's impact,is an insight worth spreading to the youth as they are the future leaders.In this era of deepened stress and incorrigible lifestyle hindrances, MENTAL HEALTH is of utmost importance leading to problems like anxiety, depression, OCD and many more.Making the Gen next aware of them,is the first step towards empowerment of the future world.
I can't thank the school management enough for giving me this opportunity to share my knowledge with the students and making them mindful towards their own thought process.
The one of its kind workshop where I was invited as a guest speaker to share my insights with the ever bubbling and energetic teens.The importance of "NEURO SCIENCE AND ITS EFFECT ON HUMAN LIVES" was the topic of the seminar.
