Rules:
1. Best 25 films will be selected.
2. 3 films amongst the 25 will be judged for award.
3. Participation certificate will be provided to the makers of the films.
4. Scanned copy of Identification proof required for all the student should be mailed on [email protected]
5. Time limit not more than 3 minutes.
6. No language barrier. However English subtitles should be provided.
7. Submissions received after the due date will not be accepted.
8. The decision of the judges will be final.
Regulations:
1. The films have to be uploaded on youtube.
2. Link of the youtube should be mailed to [email protected]
3. The subject of the mail should be Samvad.
4. Name of the film makers name, language and duration should be mentioned in the email.
5. The matter of the email should contain synopsis and related photographs and posters if any.
6. The maker should provide an undertaking declaring the originality and authenticity of the film. Attach the same with the mail.
7. If there are more than one submission the link should be attached in separate emails.
8. All rights to select the film and adjudge are secured with the Department.
