As Indo-German business collaboration grows, so does the need for professionals who can work confidently across both worlds.

Over two exclusive webinars, Prof. Dr. Joachim Frech (DHBW CAS) and Radhieka Mehta (IGCC) introduced the Indo-German Dual MBA Programme and discussed how organisations can build globally minded talent equipped for cross-cultural business environments.

With 30+ company representatives in attendance, the conversation reinforced a key reality: future leaders will need more than technical expertise; they’ll need global perspective, intercultural competence, and the ability to navigate international business ecosystems.

The Indo-German Dual MBA offers a practical pathway to develop exactly that.

Some conversations stay with you long after the room empties.

We had the pleasure of welcoming His Excellency Mr. Christoff Hallier, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Mumbai, and Vice Consul Ms. Sybill Bühre to IGTC for an afternoon of conversations with our students and team.

One of the most meaningful parts of the visit was hearing directly from our PGPBA Cohort 2025-27, who shared their experiences at IGTC. Students also spoke about their experiences working with German companies, sharing valuable insights into different workplace cultures, expectations, and ways of working.

Radhieka Mehta, Regional Director, IGCC, presented an overview of IGTC’s programmes and highlighted how they continue to build meaningful bridges between academia and industry while strengthening Indo-German collaboration.

The visit concluded with an open and lively discussion between students and the Consul General, covering topics ranging from internships and workplace culture to gender diversity and inclusivity. It was encouraging to see students engage with confidence, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute their perspectives so openly.

A sincere thank you to His Excellency Mr. Christoff Hallier and Ms. Sybill Bühre for spending time with our students and for such an open and enriching interaction.

These are the moments that remind us that education at IGTC is most powerful when learning extends beyond the classroom.
